We'll definitely need to get that next batch of t-shirts ordered ASAP then, so that Shaun can have one to wear, unless Tim still has any left from the first run. . .Kristen- are you planning on ordering the business cards with names this time? I think that's a good plan, since the blank ones seem kindof weird. . . it takes the thunder out of having cards, I think. I have a shirt with the current logo design not the new one. Shaun

Mike:
I went on the Parapalooza site and they list no start time for this conference. What time is it starting?

The doors open to the public at 10am! I finally found it and had to go to the vendor application to locate it. Kind of odd.
Whoever wants to go to parapalooza May 10th, let me know by posting on here.

Long story short, I cannot get off on May 10th because a new employee was fired today for not showing up 3 days out of his first 3 weeks. We do have a decent amount of people who do want to go to Parapalooza, so, do go ahead and see what it is all about. I can still coordinate, if you all want me to. The doors open to the public at 10am on saturday. It's $7.00 at the door, $5.00 in advance, and free for vendors. --Mike--

So far here is who are going and who might go: Going: Cece, Kristen, Doug, Clleen, Caroline. Might be going: Ken, Carolyn, and Shaun.
The doors open at 10:00 am, saturday may 10th. $7.00 at the door or $5.00 if purchased in advance. We won't get a booth, but it is a good opportunity to mingle with other ghost investigation enthusiasts (see geeks) in the region. Hopefully it will be fun for you guys. Bring business cards and your CPRS t-shirts, if you have them. The address is 12121 75th st, in Kenosha, Wisc 53142, at the Days Inn. There is a map on the parapalooza.org website.
Who can drive?

I was there from 1000-1130. Met the four major paranormal groups in the lower Wisconsin area. All of them would be interested in doing joint investigations either in Chicago or up there in Wisconsin. We're bigger than they are, but two of them have been doing it for much longer. One of the groups actually just finished filming a documentary which will be released soon.
I haven't had the time to go over all the material I collected, but they know who CPRS is now and they all have our business cards and contact info...hopefully we'll see them at some of the Chicagoland conventions this year.

I also had an investigator from Gurnee that introduced himself to me and is hoping to tag along if we ever do investigations in his area...he's not part of any group but would love to contribute to the team.
