Just squick reminders...
Whomever is holding the waivers needs to make sure that everyone who is going on the 2 trips coming early march has a waiver signed (and a permission slip from their mommy ;D).
Also since we will be having new members go it is important that each team leader goes over standard practices, practices and protocols with the new member going AHEAD of the event.
Also both team leaders on the 2 investigations, please make an equipment check list of what you are bringing within the team so you can fill in and borrow the rest if needed.
Here is a quick list....
1. Our field investigation reports and pens or pencils 2. Extra Batteries for all equipment 3. Flashlights (one per every 2 people, you dont want alot of extra unaccounted lights in your investigation area) 4. Measuring tape (checking distances and witness accounts) 5. Extra films and recording tapes (might be essential) 6. Small tool kit (some electronic devices need screwdrivers to change batteries) 7. Cameras, have 35 MM and video (one of each at least, if you have more, make a few stationary) 8. EMF meters (all shapes and sizes) 9. Motion Detectors (infrared sensors) 10. IR temp gauges (All shapes and sizes) 11. Recording Devices ( to carry and set up throughout) 12. Any extra toys we want to bring (i.e...IR camera system)

I have them. If Doug and I meet up sometime this week so I can get the money to put into the account I can get him some copies.

Kristen everyone in our Woodstock group signed waivers, right? So we should be good there.

Yes. I do however have to get in contact with Doug to give him a set of blank ones for his investigation as well as collect the money for the group that he has.
