What do the groups get out of this network?
The idea behind the TAPS family is simple and clear. It was designed to help everyone. It helps the groups that are part of the family by sharing knowledge of past and present cases as well as helping with extra investigators when needed on certain cases. It also enables TAPS to send cases that they receive to these groups in or around their areas. We in no way ask these groups to change anything about themselves. All we ask is that all groups keep cases confidential and only share information within the TAPS family network. These groups were selected by the members of TAPS for their excellence in handling cases, and their mentality in dealing with such problems.
What do the people we help get from this Network?
In return the people we help get the best assistance that can be provided by the most professional group in their area, as well as state of the art equipment to assist them on resolving their situation. They will be assisted by TAPS if needed and only if needed. Our information and phones will be open to these groups for support and anything else that is needed.
What does TAPS get from this Network?
We get a more complete network of information from all the groups that are part of our family. This network of information enables us all to advance and learn so that we can more efficiently and professionally help those in need of our services.
TAPS covers cases all over the country and the world. If know of a group that should be part of The-Atlantic-Paranormal-Society.com Family please email us and let us know.

Is your group trying to become a member of TAPS? I really enjoy the show Ghost Hunters.

When I meet with the Woodstock family I will ask if they wouldn't mind writing a letter of recommendation for us. Perhaps the Oak Lawn family would as well.

we can send the info here tfmanager@The-Atlantic-Paranormal-Society.com www.the-atlantic-paranormal-society.com/tapsfamily/tapsfamily.htmlbut we need to fix up the web page and get our email working straight before we can apply, and looking on the TAPS site there looking for help in IL. this is what they say about helping out anyone in the Taps family (They will be assisted by TAPS if needed and only if needed) so i don't think they will control us or have like big brother always watching us i know some of us on the team have a problem with us joining taps but in my option being part of the TAPS family will give us the status to show people that we are serious about doing investigations. When I meet with the Woodstock family I will ask if they wouldn't mind writing a letter of recommendation for us. Perhaps the Oak Lawn family would as well. I will be talking to our Oak Lawn contacts tonight. I'll hopefully be able to finally get the second investigation scheduled. I'm pretty confident that they would be willing to write a letter of recommendation for us. I don't think we'll have a problem finding recommendations once these next few investigations are over. I'm even betting that Dale would write us a letter of recommendation just to have icing on the cake. To be honest, I think TAPS would greatly benefit having such a large and active group in the Chicago area...I don't think we'll have a problem getting into the network. Doug
